Cutting logistics costs and delivery times is what enables e-commerce to grow.
In 2025, Mercado Libre operated 15 logistics centers, with a direct presence in 15 cities across 12 regions of the country and more than 150,000 m² of operating space. 1 in every 2 packages crossed a regional border to reach its destination.
The Metropolitan Region concentrates 81% of the logistics operating area, with a network that has taken shape since 2021, combining a strong base in Santiago with coverage in the north, center, and south of the country. About 2,000 people work in logistics operations, and 66% of buyers give the highest rating to shipping service quality.
That infrastructure integrates the country: 1 in every 2 shipments crossed a regional border in 2025. Chile's 16 regions are connected to one another, more than 95% of purchases in the regions arrive from other regions, and in the far south more than 90% of supply comes from elsewhere.
